Managing key client information in the Client Management Portal

Key client information is managed and stored in this section - here is how it works.

In your Client Management Portal, head over to "Entities" on the left-hand panel. Then click on the "Details" tab, from here you can manage key information for your client's entities.

  • Some fields will be pre-populated upon the entity being created, these will be 'read-only'.
  • Some fields will be required to be populated, these will appear on the Client Portal, on their 'Home page'.
  • Once updated your client will be able to track their updated deadlines and review their company information.
